Inhouse Training Guarantee

We stand behind our facilitators and course content to ensure that you get maximum results from your training investment. We guarantee that your staff will come away with at least 3 techniques that will improve their personal efficiency and reduce their stress. We also guarantee that your training will be facilitated by qualified trainers in a professional manner. If we fail to meet these expectations please contact us in writing within 30 days describing what solution, or parts of the solution were not met. Once we are able to discuss the issue with you we can either provide you with alternate training or issue a full refund.

Public Workshops Guarantee

By attending one of our workshops Organising Place guarantees that you will come away with at least 3 techniques that will dramatically improve your personal efficiency and reduce your stress or we will give you your money back. Failure to make a claim within one month of the workshop implies that you were fully satisfied with the public workshop.

Complaints Policy

It is our policy to try and resolve any complaints made quickly and efficiently. We will endeavour to deal with your complaint within 48 hours following the receipt of the complaint. We require a written outline of your complaint or problem.

Service Requests

We endeavour to answer all requests and enquiries within 48 hours. Service requests will be denied if it puts our employees in danger or in any illegal activity.

Product Requests

We will endeavour to give our customers access to the online products purchased within 48 hours of the payment for the product.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased from us we will gladly refund your purchase price (excluding postage and handling if applicable). In order to receive a refund, a communication from you stating the reason you are not satisfied with the purchase must be received by us within 30 days of purchase.
